DDRT

The Supply Chain Due Diligence Reporting Template (DDRT) is a free, standardized reporting tool developed by participating OEMs, with AIAG serving as the neutral, collaborative lead to facilitate alignment across the industry, for use by all tiered suppliers.

The DDRT facilitates a supply chain risk Forced Labor information exchange between OEMs and their tiered supply chain partners, supporting social responsibility due diligence and compliance with relevant legislation. Designed specifically for tier suppliers of all sizes, the DDRT enables them to disclose supply chain information to the extent possible and as required by their OEM and Tier 1 customers. This template is not intended to serve as legal advice. For questions regarding specific compliance or regulatory requirements, companies should consult with their legal counsel.

 

Phased Implementation

The DDRT simplifies reporting and minimizes duplicative efforts for organizations of all sizes.


  • September 2026: Select suppliers will submit the DDRT to OEM customers.

  • Mid-2026: All applicable suppliers will submit DDRTs annually.
