Effective Problem Solving Overview

This one-day workshop, based on the AIAG CQI-20 Effective Problem Solving Guide (2nd edition), uses case studies to equip attendees with tools to identify root causes and complete the problem-solving process. Participants will apply this knowledge to assess and improve their organization's problem-solving culture, behaviors, and competency. Virtual students must use a device with video conferencing capabilities and keep their camera active during training.
